Opulenessence Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Opulenessence, we understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations, and we want to ensure your satisfaction. Our Returns & Exchanges Policy is designed to provide you with a hassle-free process for returns and exchanges for your women's intimate apparel purchases if the item is not as described, incorrect size or color,  Please read the following guidelines carefully.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of the arrival date.
• The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
• Intimate apparel, including panties and lingerie bottoms, must be tried on over your own garments. We cannot accept returns on items that have been worn or soiled.
• No unopened and non-defective item with a crotch can be returned. If the item is not what you ordered or is defective please initiate return within 7 days of receiving the package. 

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

• Log in to your Opulenessence account.
• Go to the "Order History" section and select the order containing the item you wish to return or exchange.
• Click on the "Return Items" button and follow the on-screen instructions.

3. Return Shipping:

• Opulenessence offers free return shipping for items that are defective, damaged, or sent in error.
• For all other returns or exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Refunds:

• Refunds will be processed within 15 business days of receiving the returned item.
• The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Exchanges:

• Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is not in stock, a refund will be issued.
• Exchanged items will be shipped once the returned item is received and inspected.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items:

• If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Support team immediately. We will arrange for a return shipping label and promptly send you a replacement.

7. Gift Returns:

• If you received an Opulenessence item as a gift and need to make a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Support team for assistance.
